Functional, nonconventional training doesn't train isolated muscles.
It trains real movement
Lifting a weight is easy. Commanding it is not. Making it rise where it should, drop when it should, and never letting momentum win. That takes technique, rhythm and precision, and it builds strength that answers when you call it.
It is not improvised. It is learned.
A flow is not a list of exercises: it is what happens between them. That is why we write the movements in white and the transitions in orange.
It reads left to right, the same way it is trained.
This is learned by chaining. Start with Flow
Where movement never stops. The Complex organises exercises. The Flow organises movement.
Strength in sequence. Endless combinations, never dropping the iron.
The discipline of pure performance. Long Cycle, Jerk, Snatch.
The ancestral heritage of movement. Mace Flow and Mace Lifting.
The art of iron in the air. Freestyle and Classic, across three levels.
Want it in your studio? Training for gyms
Active for as long as I can remember, I trained and competed in many sports up to a professional level, always pushing past my own limits. Everything changed when I understood how the human body really works: functional, nonconventional training transformed the way I move and what training truly means. Today my mission is to share these five disciplines with the world and help you discover your potential through movement.
Movement has been my safe space since I was four. Kettlebells turned it into art: juggling blends strength, creativity and performance. Every time I perform, the goal is simple: prove that age is never a limit, and inspire others to shine their own light.
Real athletes who master all five disciplines.
What you'll learn, they train and live every day.
