Privacy policy

Guzmán Navarro López, a self-employed professional trading as IRONCODE and Non-Conventional, is the data controller. For anything about your data, write to goodman@nonconventional.es.

What you type into the forms on this website, the language of the page you send it from and, on the home page, which form you use. Netlify also records your IP address, your browser and the referring page with each submission, and uses them to filter spam.

• Training updates (home page). Your email. To let you know when the next training opens. Legal basis: your consent.
• Training for a discipline. Your name, your email, your level if you give it, and the discipline. To let you know when that training opens. Legal basis: your consent.
• Proposal for gyms. Name and role, gym or chain, email, phone if you give it, and team size. To answer you and prepare the proposal. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the facilities that contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Art. 19 of the Spanish Data Protection Act, LOPDGDD); if you are the one who would sign the contract, the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can object at any time.
• Equipment quote. Name, email, phone if you give it, who it is for and the weights you are interested in. To prepare your quote and, if you buy, to handle the order and delivery. Legal basis: the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take and, if you buy, the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Follow the Worlds. Your email and, if you tick it, the discount box. To send you two emails: one before we compete and one with the result, which includes the online training discount only if you asked for it. Legal basis: your consent.

Whichever form you send, you also get an automatic confirmation email.

The required fields in each form are needed to answer you: without them we cannot. Please do not include health information in the free-text fields.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles.

If you are under 14, ask a parent or guardian to send the form for you.

• Training updates: until we let you know or you unsubscribe, and for no more than 12 months from sign-up.
• Worlds: until we send you the result email. The data is deleted by 31 October 2026 at the latest.
• Proposals and quotes: while the conversation lasts. If we do not reach an agreement, 12 months; if you sign a contract, as long as tax and commercial obligations require.
• Resend, which sends the emails, deletes its sending logs after 30 days.

We do not sell your data or give it to anyone for their own purposes. These providers process it on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

• Netlify, Inc. (USA): hosts the website and receives the forms, which it filters for spam.
• Plus Five Five, Inc., Resend (USA): sends the confirmation emails and the Worlds emails.
• IONOS Cloud S.L.U. (Spain): the goodman@nonconventional.es mailbox, where form submissions arrive.
• Google LLC (USA): the spreadsheet where we track requests.
• A collaborator based in Australia, who handles the mailbox and requests.
• Umami Software, Inc. (USA): the website analytics described in section 6.
• ZIVA, the equipment manufacturer: only if you place an order, it receives your name, address, phone and email to ship it to you.

• United States. Netlify, Resend and Google are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission found adequate on 10 July 2023. Umami applies the European Commission's standard contractual clauses included in its data processing agreement.
• Australia. There is no European Commission adequacy decision for Australia. The transfer is made under the Commission's standard contractual clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914).

This website does not set cookies or store information in your browser.

We count visits with Umami, which according to its documentation uses no cookies and stores no personally identifiable data. It measures page views, referring site, browser, operating system, device type and country, in aggregate. We do this based on our legitimate interest in knowing which parts of the site work. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, your visit is not counted.

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent or unsubscribe at any time, without affecting anything done before. Write to goodman@nonconventional.es from the address you signed up with: we reply within one month at most.

If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos): www.aepd.es.

If we change anything important, we will publish it here with a new date.
