Terms of sale

The course is created and taught by Guzmán Navarro López, a self-employed professional trading as IRONCODE · Non-Conventional, tax ID (NIF) 71716692R, address Sanlúcar de Barrameda, 3, portal 3, bajo B, 28041 Madrid. Email: goodman@nonconventional.es. Phone: +34 616 434 473. He is responsible for its content and for these terms.

Who takes the payment: payment is collected by Sold through Link, LLC ("Link"), acting as merchant of record for purchases made with Stripe Managed Payments. Link collects the amount, calculates and remits the indirect taxes covered by the service, sends you the receipt and the invoice and handles payment-related support. You will see "Sold through Link" on the payment page and "LINK.COM*" on your statement. The person who creates, teaches and is responsible for the course is still Guzmán Navarro López.

As soon as you send the booking form you get an email confirming it. If you write to us, we normally reply within one working day.

A place on the IRONCODE kettlebell fundamentals course. The content, format and when you get access are on the course page, which is part of these terms.

We give you access as soon as the course is published. There is no fixed publication date yet: we announce it as soon as we have one and tell you by email. While it is not published, you can transfer your place or ask for a refund under section 5; if we cancel or delay it, section 6 applies.

The course costs €150 plus taxes (in Spain, €181.50 including 21% VAT). Bookings made until 10 October 2026 at 23:59 (mainland Spain time) get a launch price of €120 plus taxes (in Spain, €145.20 including VAT). The deposit is €30 plus taxes (in Spain, €36.30).

Taxes are added at checkout according to your location. Link works them out and collects them (section 1), and you see the total before paying. If you pay from outside the euro area, Link may offer to charge you in your own currency, at its exchange rate.

Where you can buy: in the countries supported by Stripe Managed Payments, that is, those where the checkout is available. If the payment cannot be completed from your country, write to us.

Price held for the mailing list: if you joined by 10 October 2026 at 23:59, you keep the launch price for this first edition of the fundamentals course and while its enrolment is open; we check it against the email you signed up with.

The contract is concluded when you pay the deposit and your place is confirmed. The form on its own is a booking request.

1. You fill in the booking form, accept these terms and press "Continue to payment". You get an email with the summary and the payment link.
2. You pay the deposit by card, on Link's payment page. In Spain it is €36.30 including VAT (base €30); outside Spain, Link works out and shows you the taxes for your location before you pay. The deposit is part of the price.
3. With that payment your place is confirmed and the contract is concluded: you see it on screen and Link emails you the receipt and the invoice. Your 14 days to withdraw start from that moment (section 7).
4. The rest of the price is paid one week before the course is published: we email you the payment link and Link sends you the invoice. In Spain that is €108.90 including VAT at the launch price (base €90) and €145.20 at the regular price (base €120); outside Spain, Link shows the taxes for your location before you pay.
5. When the course is published, we email you the access.

If we do not receive the deposit within 7 days, the booking request lapses at no cost and with no contract. If the rest does not arrive on time, we write to you; if it still has not arrived 7 days later, the place is released and we refund the deposit.

Before sending the form you can review and correct all your details; if you spot a mistake afterwards, write to us and we will fix it. The contract is concluded in English if you book from the English version of the website, or in Spanish otherwise. We keep your booking together with the version of these terms you accepted and email you a copy.

• Within 14 calendar days of your place being confirmed (when you pay the deposit): we refund everything you paid, with no need to give a reason and even if you already have access (right of withdrawal, section 7).
• After those 14 days, if the course has not been published yet: you can pass your place to another person, at no cost. If you prefer a refund, we refund what you paid minus the costs we have already incurred for your place, up to €30 (the same compensation we pay you if we cancel), and we justify them in writing.
• After those 14 days, with the course published and your access given: refunds for voluntary withdrawal no longer apply. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer: if the course does not conform to what was agreed, if we fail to comply with these terms or if we cancel it for reasons attributable to us (section 6), you can ask us to bring it into conformity, to reduce the price proportionately or to terminate the contract and refund what you paid, as appropriate. The same applies in any other case provided for by applicable law (section 11).

If we cancel the course, we refund everything you paid within 14 days at most and also pay you an additional compensation of €30. If the cancellation is due to force majeure, we refund everything you paid.

We only delay publication or change the platform for reasons beyond our control (injury or illness of the instructor, or force majeure). We tell you by email as soon as we know, and you choose between keeping your place under the new conditions or cancelling as in the previous paragraph.

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason and at no cost. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you pay the deposit and your place is confirmed.

To exercise it, tell us your decision with an unequivocal statement: for example, an email to goodman@nonconventional.es or a letter to Sanlúcar de Barrameda, 3, portal 3, bajo B, 28041 Madrid (phone: +34 616 434 473). You can use the model form in section 8, but you do not have to. It is enough to send it before the period ends.

We refund all payments without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days of being told, using the same means of payment you used unless you expressly ask for another. The refund costs you nothing.

The course is recorded and watched on an online platform. We give you access as soon as it is published, and you keep your full 14 days: if you withdraw within that period we refund everything you paid, even if you already have access.

For every payment you receive the invoice by email: the course invoice is issued by Link as merchant of record, and the equipment invoice by us. If you need it in a company name, tick it at checkout ("I'm purchasing as a business") or write to us.

The course involves physical exercise. If you have an injury, an illness or any doubt about whether you can do it, check with a health professional first. Follow the progressions we give you: control first, then load.

If anything does not match what was described, email goodman@nonconventional.es, call +34 616 434 473 or write to Sanlúcar de Barrameda, 3, portal 3, bajo B, 28041 Madrid. We send you an acknowledgement with a reference number and reply within 15 days at most. If we cannot resolve it, we tell you in writing which alternative dispute resolution body can hear it, such as the Spanish Consumer Arbitration Board, and whether we will take part. You can also go to the consumer affairs services where you live.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection given to you by the laws of your country of residence and can bring a claim before the courts where you live.

How we handle your data: Privacy policy. If we change these terms, your booking is governed by the version published on the day you booked.

If you buy equipment from the catalogue, it is sold to you by Guzmán Navarro López and shipped by ZIVA, the manufacturer, directly to your address.

• Price: the catalogue price, VAT included. Shipping is worked out from the total weight of the order and you see it before paying.
• Where we ship: mainland Spain. For Portugal, the Balearic or Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other destinations, ask us for a quote and we work it out for you.
• Delivery time: 48-72 working hours from the moment the order leaves the warehouse (Saturdays and Sundays do not count) and, in any case, no more than 30 calendar days from the purchase.
• How it is delivered: the carrier delivers kerbside: they do not carry the kettlebell into your home or premises, even on the ground floor. Collection at the manufacturer's warehouse is not available.
• Payment: by card, on Stripe's secure page. If anything is out of stock, we tell you and refund what you paid for it without undue delay.
• Returns: you have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to return it without giving a reason. We refund everything you paid, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of you telling us, and we may wait until we receive the kettlebell to do so. If you expressly chose a more expensive delivery option, that extra cost is not refunded. You pay the cost of sending it back. If it comes back damaged or used beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct that loss in value.
• If it does not conform to the contract: we are liable for any lack of conformity for three years from delivery. We resolve it by repairing or replacing the kettlebell and, where the law so provides, by a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund. It costs you nothing. ZIVA may handle the practical side (collection, spare part or replacement), but the one answering to you is Guzmán Navarro López.
